Welcome to my attempt at keeping the masses up to date
Please note: my blog is full of my thoughts, opinions (which are not always "right"), random things relating to my family and friends and the occasional Cut and Paste news.... whatever is important to me. I ramble on from time to time (that's the St. Sauveur in me) and at the end of whatever I wrote you may question what on earth I was thinking or it may not even make sense to you.....sorry....I warned you. You may not always like what you read (I do have an insane case of "Potty Mouth" which I try to hide on here, but it won't always happen) or what you see, but we all have our own opinions on things. Feel free to ask questions or leave comments. I do ask that you please leave your name so I know who I'm responding to. If you want to email me privately you may do so at imninstar@yahoo.com Thanks
She is so darn cute. Too bad that you can't skip the potty training part. That was so unfun. I hope you have better luck with Ashtyn than I did with Morgan. Oh the horrors.
The horrors like....oh....her taking her diaper off and running over the the couch and peeing on it (like a dog!!!!!!) yeah...that was how this morning went.
When Ashley was training, she got the pee thing down quick, but #2 took forever. She would poop in her pull-up. I finally took them away all together. One day she went running to her room and slammed the door. A little while later she started shrieking. I opened the door and there she was with one leg in a pull-up (got it from the stack in the closet). She didn't make it in time and had pooped on the floor too. In the process of opening the door, I ran the poop over with the door, squishing it into the rug. I don't have to tell you that I was beyond pissed. Funny now, but not then.
Ashtyn's usually pretty good about peeing...the problem is she discovered that its not a "hole" down there but a intricate system of weird fleshy things so she felt the urge to check it out while peeing. As long as she has nothing on she does really good about using the toilet for both, but God forbid you put undies on her and "ew neat, something to poop in" I can't imagine smearing poop into the carpet....I would have probably ripped the whole carpet out of her room. ugh
Can't be too hard on her. I remember a certain somebody who was a tad older who liked to poop in her pants too :) and in the tub. You did that to me twice dammit!!! Still love you anyway - pooper.
Hey now....I've passed on the name pooper to Ashtyn. Its her turn to carry that burden. I'm definatly letting her go at her own pace, I just hate that she loves to crap her diaper and then take it off herself....and usually hide it. Or accidentally drop the turd out of the diaper....ugh gross!
31 Years is 100 words or less: I'm a stubborn St. Sauveur born in NH, raised in Claremont, Charlestown and Alton. Graduated Fall Mountain 99, married Jeremy (Precourt) Honeycutt in 2006, proud mommy of two beautiful girls: Ashtyn 6 and Taylor 4, just returning to the Conn River Valley from living in Vermont's beautiful North East Kingdom without common 'luxuries' like electricity for the past 2 years. I spend my 'free time' baking, reading, knitting, playing in the mud and organizing 2 fundraisers for Shriners Hospitals for Children in Springfield Mass: Tabs For Taylor and Shrine On Springfield.
